Condensed Milk Pecan Pie (Print Version)

Silky condensed milk combines with pecans for a classic, rich pie finished with a golden, caramelized top.

# Ingredients:

→ Pie Base

01 - 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

→ Filling

02 - 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 1/2 cups pecan halves

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, packed brown sugar, and melted butter until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
03 - Add the pecan halves to the bowl and stir gently until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
04 - Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust. Evenly distribute the pecan halves across the surface.
05 - Place the assembled pie on the center rack and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the top turns golden and the center remains just slightly jiggly.
06 - Remove from oven and allow the pie to cool completely at room temperature to ensure the filling sets before slicing.

# Notes:

01 - For easier slicing, refrigerate the pie for one hour after cooling to room temperature.
