Condensed Milk Lemonade Drink (Print Version)

A creamy, sweet-tart lemonade made with real lemon juice and condensed milk, served icy cold for summer.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup fresh lemon juice (from approximately 4 to 6 lemons)
02 - 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
03 - 2 cups cold water
04 - 1/4 cup simple syrup, optional, for added sweetness

→ To Serve

05 - Ice cubes
06 - Lemon slices, for garnish
07 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Firmly roll lemons on a countertop to enhance juicing yield. Cut lemons in half and juice them, collecting enough for 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
02 - In a large pitcher, pour in fresh lemon juice and sweetened condensed milk. Whisk or stir thoroughly to achieve a uniform mixture, ensuring no lumps remain from the condensed milk.
03 - Gradually add 2 cups of cold water to the lemon-condensed milk blend, stirring continuously until fully incorporated. Taste and, if desired, mix in simple syrup to achieve your preferred level of sweetness.
04 - Refrigerate the beverage for 30 minutes for optimal chill, or serve immediately over ice cubes. Garnish individual glasses with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.

# Notes:

01 - For extra tartness, reduce the simple syrup or use Meyer lemons for a milder flavor.
