Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing overhang for easy removal.

Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until evenly moistened, then press firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker base, spreading gently to cover.

Scatter dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate, toasted coconut, and toffee baking chips evenly over the condensed milk layer. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt.

Transfer pan to oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden around the edges and set in the center.

Remove pan from oven and allow to cool completely. For clean cuts, chill briefly in the freezer before slicing into bars.
