01 - 1 1/3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
02 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
04 - 1/8 teaspoon fine salt
05 - 2 large egg whites
06 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend together sweetened shredded coconut, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, and salt until evenly combined.
03 - Add the large egg whites and pure vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is moist and cohesive.
04 - Using a teaspoon or small cookie scoop, drop mounds of batter onto a greased baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
05 - Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the macaroons are lightly golden.
06 - Remove from the oven and allow macaroons to cool on a wire rack before serving.
