Coconut Lavender Lemonade (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 cups fresh lemon juice
02 - 4 cups infused coconut water
03 - 4 cups sparkling water

→ Flavoring

04 - 1/4 cup dried lavender or 1/2 cup fresh lavender
05 - 1/2 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

→ Garnish

06 - Ice cubes
07 - Lemon slices
08 - Lavender sprigs

# Instructions:

01 - In a saucepan, combine the infused coconut water and dried lavender. Heat gently for about 10 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and let it steep for another 10 minutes.
02 - Once cooled, strain the lavender infusion to remove the flowers and return the coconut water to the saucepan.
03 - In a large pitcher, combine the lavender coconut water, fresh lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
04 - Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water to give the drink a refreshing fizz. Adjust the sweetness if needed.
05 - Fill glasses with ice, pour the mocktail over, and garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs.

01 - This refreshing drink is perfect for warm summer days and can be prepared in advance without the sparkling water.
02 - For a stronger lavender flavor, allow the infusion to steep longer.
