# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ripe but firm bananas

→ Coating

02 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil or melted butter
03 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar or coconut sugar
04 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Set air fryer temperature to 350°F (175°C) and allow to preheat.
02 - Cut bananas into uniform 1/8-inch thick rounds.
03 - Combine banana slices with coconut oil or melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl, mixing until all pieces are thoroughly coated.
04 - Distribute the coated banana slices in a single, even layer in the air fryer basket for optimal airflow.
05 - Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until slices are golden and crisp.
06 - Remove banana chips from air fryer and allow to cool completely before serving.
