# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Coat a sheet pan evenly with cooking spray or a thin layer of neutral oil.
02 - Place sweet potato cubes on the prepared pan in a single, even layer without overlapping.
03 - In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and kosher salt until smooth.
04 - Evenly pour the maple butter mixture over the sweet potatoes. Toss gently with clean hands or a spatula, ensuring each piece is well coated.
