05 - 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
06 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted
07 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
08 - 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
09 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until completely smooth.
02 - Combine 1/4 cup granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
03 - Unfold one sheet of thawed puff pastry and fit it into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Brush the surface with half of the melted butter and sprinkle with half of the prepared cinnamon sugar.
04 - Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the base layer of pastry using a spatula.
05 - Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry, aligning to fit the pan. Brush with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon sugar mixture. Press gently to seal edges.
06 - Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes until the pastry is golden brown and well puffed.
07 - Allow to cool completely in the pan. Slice into squares and dust the tops with powdered sugar before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure puff pastry is fully thawed for easier handling and best texture.
02 - Chill completely before cutting to help maintain sharp, neat squares.
