# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
06 - 1 cup granulated sugar
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 1 cup buttermilk
09 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
10 - 1/2 cup red and green sprinkles

→ Topping (Optional)

11 - 1 tablespoon coarse sugar
12 - Additional red and green sprinkles, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line or grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan to prevent sticking.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until evenly blended.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and buttermilk until combined.
04 - Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined to avoid overmixing.
05 - Carefully fold in the red and green sprinkles, ensuring even distribution without overmixing the batter.
06 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the surface. Sprinkle the top with coarse sugar and additional sprinkles if desired.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center emerges clean.
08 - Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

# Notes:

01 - For best appearance, fold in the sprinkles gently to avoid bleeding colors.
02 - Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for optimal batter texture.
