# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tubes refrigerated pizza dough

→ Cheese

02 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

04 - 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or chopped salami

→ Seasonings

05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ Finishing

07 - 1 large egg
08 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

→ Optional Garnishes

09 - Chopped fresh basil
10 - Crushed red pepper flakes
11 - Sliced black olives or bell peppers

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll pizza dough and cut into small even squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
03 - Place a pinch of mozzarella cheese and a few pieces of pepperoni or chosen toppings in the center of each square.
04 - Fold each square's corners toward the center, pinching edges to seal and form individual balls.
05 - Arrange the filled dough balls on the prepared baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree or wreath.
06 - Beat the egg and brush over the tops of the dough balls. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
07 - Brush warm bites with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, grated Parmesan, and optional herbs or festive garnishes.
08 - Serve warm, accompanied by marinara or pesto sauce for dipping if desired.
