# Ingredients:

→ Core Mixture

01 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter
02 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
03 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Chocolate Dough

04 - 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
05 - 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
06 - 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

→ Coating and Garnish

07 - 1/2 cup shredded coconut
08 - Caramel sauce, for drizzling

# Steps:

01 - In a small bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until a smooth mixture forms.
02 - Form the peanut butter mixture into 12 evenly sized balls. Place them on a lined tray and freeze for 15 minutes until firm.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine crushed chocolate cookies, softened cream cheese, and cocoa powder. Mix until a cohesive dough is achieved.
04 - Flatten about one tablespoon of the chocolate dough and wrap it around each frozen peanut butter center, rolling to create smooth, even balls.
05 - Roll each sphere in shredded coconut until fully coated on all sides.
06 - Refrigerate the assembled balls for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.
07 - Just before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce for added richness if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For clean shaping, lightly dampen your hands before forming the dough around the peanut butter centers.
