# Ingredients:

01 - ΒΌ cup chia seeds
02 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
03 - 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
04 - 1 cup plant-based milk (almond or soy)
05 - 3 tablespoons maple syrup or agave nectar
06 - Vanilla extract (optional, to taste)
07 - Pinch of salt (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix together chia seeds, cocoa powder, and a small pinch of salt.
02 - Slowly add the plant-based milk while stirring continuously to prevent clumping and ensure a smooth mixture.
03 - Add the maple syrup or agave nectar and stir until fully incorporated. Adjust sweetness to taste if necessary.
04 - Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.
05 - Before serving, stir the pudding thoroughly to break up any clumps that may have formed.
