Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burrito (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 large 10-inch flour tortillas
02 - 1/2 head iceberg lettuce (about 4 cups chopped)
03 - 1 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (about 3/4 of a beefsteak tomato)
04 - 16 oz grilled chicken breast strips
05 - 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese (Mexican blend or Colby jack work too)
06 - 3 oz crunchy tortilla strips (or crushed tortilla chips)

→ Sauce

07 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
08 - 1/2 cup Taco Bell Creamy Chipotle Sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Grate the cheese, chop the lettuce, and dice the tomatoes. Lay out all the ingredients so assembly is quick and easy.
02 - Top a large flour tortilla with 1/2 cup of cheese, 1/2 cup of chicken strips, 1 Tbsp of chipotle sauce, 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing, 1/2 cup lettuce, 2 Tbsp diced tomatoes, and 1/3 cup tortilla strips.
03 - Tuck in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up into a tight burrito shape.
04 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down first, then grill on all sides until golden and crispy.
