# Ingredients:

→ Shrimp Preparation

01 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 1 to 2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
05 - Juice of 1 lime
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - 8 small corn or flour tortillas
09 - 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
10 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes or pico de gallo
11 - 1/4 cup crumbled queso fresco or feta cheese
12 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

13 - Lime wedges
14 - Sour cream or avocado slices

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, combine shrimp with chipotle chili powder, olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly and allow to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated shrimp in a single layer and sear for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until shrimp turn pink and are fully cooked.
03 - Warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat or microwave until soft and pliable.
04 - Layer each tortilla with shredded lettuce or cabbage, followed by cooked shrimp, diced tomatoes or pico de gallo, crumbled cheese, and chopped cilantro.
05 - Serve tacos immediately, accompanied by lime wedges and optional toppings such as sour cream or avocado slices.

# Notes:

01 - For maximum flavor, do not over-marinate the shrimp, as the acid in the lime juice can start to cook the shrimp.
