01 - 1 bag (28 ounces) frozen hand-cut style fries
02 - 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
03 - 20 ounces canned chili, no beans
04 - 2 cups shredded cheese

06 - Chives or green onions, finely sliced, as desired

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 425°F (218°C) and allow to fully preheat.
02 - Arrange frozen fries in a single even layer on a baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle with seasoning salt.
03 - Bake fries in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
04 - While fries bake, warm chili in a saucepan over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
05 - Transfer baked fries to an oven-safe serving plate. Spoon hot chili evenly over fries, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
06 - Place plate under oven broiler for 4 to 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
07 - Garnish with sour cream and chopped chives or green onions as desired. Serve immediately while hot.
