01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into tenders

07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

11 - 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into fries
12 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
13 - 1 teaspoon paprika
14 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
15 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
16 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Avocado Salsa

17 - 1 avocado, diced
18 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
19 - 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
20 - 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

22 - Salt and black pepper to taste

→ Dipping Sauce

23 - 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
24 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
25 - 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
26 - 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Arrange fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
02 - In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, parsley, and lemon juice. Coat chicken tenders evenly in the marinade and let stand for 10 minutes. Grill over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
03 - In a bowl, gently mix diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and black pepper until just combined.
04 - In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt or sour cream with garlic powder, dried dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Refrigerate until serving time.
