# Ingredients:

→ Seasoning Blend

01 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
04 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
05 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Protein and Filling

06 - 1 pound thinly sliced chicken breasts
07 - 5.3 ounces garlic & fine herbs Boursin cheese
08 - 1/2 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and set aside.
02 - Combine the garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and ground black pepper in a small mixing bowl.
03 - Arrange the thinly sliced chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Liberally sprinkle both sides with the prepared seasoning blend.
04 - Spread the Boursin cheese evenly across the surface of the chicken. Top with the freshly shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - Gently roll each chicken breast, placing the seam side down to secure. Ensure the filling remains inside.
06 - Transfer the baking sheet to the oven. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and registers an internal temperature of 165°F.

01 - For uniform cooking, use chicken breasts sliced to an even thickness. Let the chicken rest for 3-5 minutes before serving for optimal juiciness.
