Combine the cooked chicken, chopped ham, shredded cheese, 1 egg, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until all components are evenly incorporated.

Portion the mixture and shape into stick or log forms, each about 3 to 4 inches in length. Arrange on a baking sheet and place in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes to firm up.

For each stick: dredge first in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally roll in panko breadcrumbs to coat evenly.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange coated sticks on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Lightly spray or brush with oil or melted butter. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden and heated through.
