01 - 1 can (about 12.5 ounces) cooked chicken breast, well drained
02 - 1 large egg
03 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Caesar Salad Topping

08 - 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
09 - 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
10 - Parmesan cheese, shaved or grated
11 - Croutons (optional)
12 - Fresh lemon juice, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Pat canned chicken extremely dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
03 - In a mixing bowl, thoroughly blend chicken, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated.
04 - Form the chicken mixture into a thin, even layer in a circular pizza shape on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and edges are crisp.
06 - Allow baked crust to cool slightly on the pan to help maintain crispness.
07 - In a bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and desired amount of Parmesan cheese.
08 - Scatter the Caesar salad mix evenly over cooled chicken crust, garnish with croutons if using, and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
09 - Slice and serve immediately for best texture.

# Notes:

01 - Draining and patting the chicken dry is essential to ensure a crisp crust and prevent sogginess.
