08 - 4 flour tortillas, 10-inch

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, toss together the chopped romaine lettuce, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan, and homemade croutons with tongs. Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning or add more dressing, if preferred.
02 - Heat a large pan over medium heat. Warm each tortilla for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable, then transfer to a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to retain warmth. Alternatively, wrap tortillas in paper towels and microwave for 15 to 30 seconds.
03 - Place warmed tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the Caesar salad mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing the filling at the center. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up burrito-style to seal. Secure each wrap with a toothpick, if needed. Serve whole or cut in half.

# Notes:

01 - For a more intense flavor, use freshly grilled chicken breast and toss croutons with a hint of olive oil before baking.
