Place warmed tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the Caesar salad mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing the filling at the center. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up burrito-style to seal. Secure each wrap with a toothpick, if needed. Serve whole or cut in half.
