Combine the chicken, bacon, ranch dressing and green onions in a bowl. Set aside.

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a large baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.

Place the mozzarella slices on the silicone baking sheet, leaving space between each slice to prevent them from touching. Bake for 5-7 minutes until edges have browned and cheese is bubbly.

Remove from oven and allow cheese slices to cool for about 1 minute, just until cool enough to handle while still very pliable.

Place the chicken-bacon-ranch mixture along one edge of each cheese slice and tightly roll them up. Place seam-side down to secure.
