Chicken Bacon Ranch Taquitos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Taquito Base

01 - 6 slices mozzarella cheese
02 - 1 ½ cups cooked shredded or grilled chicken

→ Filling

03 - ¼ cup cooked bacon (2-3 slices)
04 - 1 tablespoon low carb ranch dressing
05 - 1 teaspoon chopped green onion

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the chicken, bacon, ranch dressing and green onions in a bowl. Set aside.
02 - Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a large baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
03 - Place the mozzarella slices on the silicone baking sheet, leaving space between each slice to prevent them from touching. Bake for 5-7 minutes until edges have browned and cheese is bubbly.
04 - Remove from oven and allow cheese slices to cool for about 1 minute, just until cool enough to handle while still very pliable.
05 - Place the chicken-bacon-ranch mixture along one edge of each cheese slice and tightly roll them up. Place seam-side down to secure.
