Dust work surface with flour. Roll dough into a large rectangle, approximately 10 by 14 inches.

Spread ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with mozzarella, crumbled bacon, diced chicken, and red onion.

Starting on a long side, roll the dough into a tight log. Pinch the ends and seam to seal, then place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Brush the surface with beaten egg. Using a sharp knife, cut several shallow slits across the top to allow steam to escape.
