Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Sauces

01 - 1 pound pizza dough
02 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing

→ Filling

03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 4 strips thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
05 - 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
06 - 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

→ Topping

07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
08 - 1 egg, beaten

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Allow pizza dough to rest at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.
02 - Dust work surface with flour. Roll dough into a large rectangle, approximately 10 by 14 inches.
03 - Spread ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with mozzarella, crumbled bacon, diced chicken, and red onion.
04 - Starting on a long side, roll the dough into a tight log. Pinch the ends and seam to seal, then place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
05 - Brush the surface with beaten egg. Using a sharp knife, cut several shallow slits across the top to allow steam to escape.
06 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and puffed. Remove and cool for 5 minutes.
07 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Slice into portions and serve while warm.
