Chicken Bacon Wrap with Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein and Filling

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 6 slices bacon
03 - 2 slices cheddar cheese

→ Fresh Produce (Optional)

04 - Lettuce leaves
05 - Sliced tomato
06 - Sliced avocado

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika

# Steps:

01 - Pat chicken breasts dry and season evenly on all sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
02 - Tightly wrap each seasoned chicken breast with three slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks at the seam as needed.
03 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange bacon-wrapped chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bacon is crisp and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Alternatively, sear in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, then transfer to oven to finish.
04 - In the last 3 minutes of cooking, top each wrap with a slice of cheddar cheese and return to oven until melted. Remove wraps from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
05 - Remove toothpicks. Slice chicken wraps and serve as desired. Optionally assemble in a flour tortilla or sandwich roll with lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
