Pat chicken breasts dry and season evenly on all sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Tightly wrap each seasoned chicken breast with three slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks at the seam as needed.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange bacon-wrapped chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bacon is crisp and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Alternatively, sear in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, then transfer to oven to finish.

In the last 3 minutes of cooking, top each wrap with a slice of cheddar cheese and return to oven until melted. Remove wraps from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

Remove toothpicks. Slice chicken wraps and serve as desired. Optionally assemble in a flour tortilla or sandwich roll with lettuce, tomato, and avocado.
