01 -
Preheat oven to 425°F and lightly grease a large baking sheet with non-stick spray. Set aside.
02 -
In a skillet over medium heat, break up ground beef with a wooden spoon and cook until fully browned. Drain excess fat, return beef to skillet, add taco seasoning, and stir until beef is well coated and mixture is fragrant. Allow to cool to room temperature.
03 -
Roll pizza dough out on a work surface. Slice the dough in half lengthwise, then make 4 vertical cuts to create 10 equal rectangles.
04 -
Place approximately 1 tablespoon of seasoned ground beef in the center of each dough rectangle. Top with a halved cheese stick and gently roll up the dough, pinching all seams to enclose the filling.
05 -
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the rolled breadsticks.
06 -
Arrange breadsticks seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with preferred taco toppings.
