03 - 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
09 - 0.25 cup crispy turkey bits or smoked tofu crumbles
10 - 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

→ Coating & Assembly

11 - 1 bag Nacho Cheese or Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos
12 - 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
13 - 1 large egg, beaten
14 - 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
15 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
16 - Cooking oil, for frying or baking

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, shredded mozzarella, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if desired.
02 - Stir in crispy turkey bits or smoked tofu crumbles along with chopped green onions until fully incorporated.
03 - Refrigerate mixture for at least 10 minutes to firm for easier handling.
04 - Select whole Doritos; using a small knife or piping bag, spread a layer of cheese filling on one chip and sandwich with another; press gently to seal.
05 - Arrange three bowls: one with flour and salt, one with beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
06 - Dredge each stuffed Dorito sequentially in the flour, egg, and panko breadcrumbs for even coating.
07 - In a skillet, heat oil to medium. Fry each coated Dorito for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
08 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange coated Doritos on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp and golden.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, ensure filling is well chilled before assembly.
02 - Serve with dipping sauces such as ranch, spicy mayo, or chipotle sauce.
03 - For extra heat, drizzle with hot sauce or pair with sliced jalapeños.
