# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound original country sausage
02 - 8 ounces shredded Mexican blend cheese
03 - 3/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
04 - 3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
05 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
06 - 12 ounces wonton wrappers

# Steps:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the original country sausage, breaking it into crumbles, until browned throughout. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
02 - Dice the red and green bell peppers evenly into small pieces.
03 - Arrange the wonton wrappers in a standard muffin pan, pressing each wrapper gently to form a cup shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes until lightly crisped and golden.
04 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the browned sausage, shredded Mexican blend cheese, chopped red and green bell peppers, and ranch dressing. Blend thoroughly to achieve a uniform mixture.
05 - Spoon the sausage and cheese mixture evenly into the pre-baked wonton cups. Return the muffin pan to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

# Notes:

01 - Serve immediately for optimal crispness. Overfilling the cups may cause them to become soggy.
