Cheesy Queso Taco Pasta (Print Version)

01 - 16 ounces penne pasta
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 pound ground beef
04 - 1/2 yellow onion, diced
05 - 2 bell peppers, diced
06 - 1 packet taco seasoning
07 - 16 ounces queso cheese dip
08 - 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies

# Steps:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and bell peppers, sautéing for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
03 - Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking up the meat with a spatula, until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
04 - Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to coat evenly and cook for 1 minute.
05 - Add cooked penne pasta to the skillet. Pour in queso cheese dip and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Mix thoroughly to coat all ingredients evenly in sauce.
06 - Divide cheesy taco pasta among serving bowls and serve hot.
