Cheesy Pull Apart Garlic Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 1 (16 oz) artisan sourdough bread loaf
02 - 3 cups mozzarella cheese, freshly grated
03 - 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
04 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
05 - ½ teaspoon salt
06 - ½ teaspoon pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon red pepper chili flakes (optional)
08 - 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

→ Dipping Sauce

09 - ½ cup olive oil
10 - ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
11 - 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
12 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
13 - 1 teaspoon salt
14 - 1 teaspoon red pepper chili flakes (optional)
15 - ⅓ cup Asiago cheese, shredded
16 - ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix mozzarella cheese with garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and chili flakes in bowl.
02 - Using bread knife, cut bread in strips in one direction, then rotate and cut in other direction, only halfway down.
03 - Stuff cheese mixture between bread crevices. Drizzle with melted butter.
04 - Place on foil-lined baking sheet. Cover loosely with foil, bake 20 minutes. Uncover and broil 2-3 minutes until cheese bubbles.
05 - While bread bakes, whisk all dipping sauce ingredients together in small bowl.
