02 - 2 cups frozen tater tots
03 - 6 large flour tortillas

05 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
06 - 1/2 cup sour cream
07 - 1/4 cup Taco Bell chipotle sauce, or to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven and bake tater tots according to package instructions until golden and crisp.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
03 - In a large bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, slightly crushed cooked tater tots, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese until thoroughly combined.
04 - Heat flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10 to 15 seconds until pliable.
05 - Distribute the filling evenly onto the center of each tortilla. Drizzle chipotle sauce over the filling and add a dollop of sour cream.
06 - Fold in the sides, then roll each tortilla tightly around the filling. Place burritos in a baking dish, sprinkle with extra cheese, and bake until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly.
