Pizzadillas Cheesy Tortilla Folds (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 large flour tortillas
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more as needed
03 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
04 - 16 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
05 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
06 - 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce or marinara, warmed

07 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
08 - 1/3 cup sliced pepperoni
09 - 1/3 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
10 - 1/3 cup thinly sliced green bell peppers

# Steps:

01 - Organize and prepare all selected pizza toppings and shred the mozzarella cheese before beginning.
02 - Set a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and swirl to evenly coat the surface.
03 - Place one flour tortilla into the hot skillet. Evenly sprinkle with parmesan, mozzarella, and dried oregano or Italian seasoning.
04 - Top the cheese with your preferred prepared pizza toppings.
05 - Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, checking that the underside is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt.
06 - Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling. Briefly cook each side until crispy and cheese is fully melted.
07 - Remove the pizzadilla from the skillet. Cut into wedges and present warm with pizza sauce or marinara for dipping.
