Cheesy Pizza Pockets (Print Version)

Crusty pockets stuffed with melty mozzarella, pepperoni, and tangy sauce. Perfect snack or meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust

→ Filling

02 - 6 tablespoons pasta or marinara sauce
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 12 slices pepperoni

→ Garnish

05 - Dried oregano, optional
06 - Olive oil, for brushing, optional

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll refrigerated pizza crust onto parchment or a lightly floured surface. Cut dough into 6 equal squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
03 - On one half of each dough square, add 1 tablespoon pasta or marinara sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and top with 2 slices pepperoni.
04 - Fold each square diagonally to create triangles. Press edges firmly with a fork to seal.
05 - Brush tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano and additional mozzarella cheese if desired.
06 - Bake for 10 to 13 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
07 - Let cool slightly and serve with warm pasta sauce or ranch for dipping.
