Set oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll refrigerated pizza crust onto parchment or a lightly floured surface. Cut dough into 6 equal squares using a knife or pizza cutter.

On one half of each dough square, add 1 tablespoon pasta or marinara sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and top with 2 slices pepperoni.

Fold each square diagonally to create triangles. Press edges firmly with a fork to seal.

Brush tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano and additional mozzarella cheese if desired.
