Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Distribute mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, layer with pepperoni slices, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Tightly roll the dough from one long side to form a log. Pinch ends and seams closed.

Transfer the rolled dough seam-side down to the prepared baking sheet. Brush surface with olive oil and cut small slits on top to allow steam to escape.
