# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound pizza dough
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 4 ounces sliced pepperoni
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
03 - Distribute mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, layer with pepperoni slices, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
04 - Tightly roll the dough from one long side to form a log. Pinch ends and seams closed.
05 - Transfer the rolled dough seam-side down to the prepared baking sheet. Brush surface with olive oil and cut small slits on top to allow steam to escape.
