Cheesy pepperoni-stuffed dough, baked golden and served with marinara—perfect for sharing and dipping.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (about 13.8 ounces)

→ Cheeses

02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Meat

04 - 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

→ Seasonings

05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

→ Other

08 - 1 large egg, beaten
09 - Marinara sauce, for serving

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
03 - Scatter the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a border along the edges.
04 - Arrange the sliced pepperoni in a single, even layer over the cheese.
05 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes evenly over the toppings.
06 - Starting from a long edge, gently roll the dough into a tight log, keeping the filling enclosed.
07 - Pinch the seam and ends to seal. Trim excess if needed. Cut into 1-inch thick pieces.
08 - Position roll-ups, cut side up, on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
09 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the roll-ups are puffed and golden brown.
10 - Allow to cool briefly before serving with warm marinara sauce.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, bake on a preheated pizza stone instead of a baking sheet.
