01 -
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 -
On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
03 -
Scatter the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a border along the edges.
04 -
Arrange the sliced pepperoni in a single, even layer over the cheese.
05 -
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes evenly over the toppings.
06 -
Starting from a long edge, gently roll the dough into a tight log, keeping the filling enclosed.
07 -
Pinch the seam and ends to seal. Trim excess if needed. Cut into 1-inch thick pieces.
08 -
Position roll-ups, cut side up, on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
09 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until the roll-ups are puffed and golden brown.
10 -
Allow to cool briefly before serving with warm marinara sauce.
