Melty mozzarella and Parmesan balls baked golden, perfect for dipping in your favorite marinara sauce.

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese Mixture

01 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
04 - 1 large egg, beaten
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Coating and Garnish

09 - 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
11 - Marinara sauce, for dipping

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat with cooking spray.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, all-purpose flour, beaten egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until a thick, cohesive mixture forms.
03 - Using clean hands or a small scoop, form the mixture into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter. Expect 12 to 16 pieces depending on size.
04 - Roll each cheese ball carefully in panko breadcrumbs, pressing to ensure a complete, even coating.
05 - Arrange the coated balls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
06 - Remove from the oven and cool slightly. Optionally garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, serve bites immediately after baking while cheese is hot and the coating is crisp.
