Cheesy Ham and Pea Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cooked white rice
02 - 2 cups ham, cubed
03 - 2 cups frozen green peas
04 - 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
05 - 1/2 cup sour cream
06 - 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

→ Seasonings

07 - Dash hot sauce, to taste (optional)
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste
10 - Onion powder, to taste
11 - Garlic powder, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, cubed ham, frozen green peas, condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 2 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese, and all seasonings. Add hot sauce if using.
03 - Transfer the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the reserved 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
04 - Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until bubbling and the cheese on top is melted and golden brown.
05 - Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
