01 - 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
02 - 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
03 - 1 container (8 ounces) sour cream
04 - 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
05 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

06 - 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen mixed vegetables, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
03 - Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Distribute the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Layer with crushed Ritz crackers, if desired.
04 - Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbling with a golden, melted cheese topping.
05 - Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes to set before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if preferred.
