Crunchy Beef Cheese Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup diced onion
03 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
04 - 1 packet taco mix
05 - 1/2 cup water
06 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
07 - 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
08 - 6 large flour tortillas
09 - 1/4 cup melted butter or cooking oil, for coating
10 - Sour cream, for dipping
11 - Salsa, for topping
12 - Fresh chopped cilantro, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 400°F (200°C). Put parchment on a baking tray or just grease it lightly.
02 - Throw your beef, onion, and garlic in a big pan over medium heat. Cook until meat turns brown with no pink spots. Pour off any extra fat.
03 - Add your taco mix and water. Let it bubble while stirring now and then for about 2-3 minutes until it gets a bit thick. Take it off the heat and cool it down a little.
04 - Dump both cheeses into your meat mix and stir everything together.
05 - Quickly warm up your tortillas so they don't crack when you fold them.
06 - Put about 1/2 cup of your meaty cheese mix in the middle of each tortilla. Tuck in the sides and roll them up tight like burritos.
07 - Put your wrapped bundles seam-side down on your tray. Brush each one with plenty of melted butter or oil.
08 - Stick them in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Flip them once halfway through cooking until they're golden and crunchy.
09 - Enjoy them hot with some sour cream, salsa, and fresh cilantro on top.
