Soft dough filled with cheesy beef, pepperoni, veggies, and baked to golden perfection. Perfect for sharing.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Bread Base

01 - 1 can refrigerated pizza dough

→ Cheeses

02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Meats

04 - 1/2 cup cooked ground beef crumbles
05 - 1/2 cup pepperoni slices

→ Vegetables

06 - 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
07 - 1/4 cup diced onion
08 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives

→ Sauce & Seasoning

09 - 1/4 cup marinara sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
11 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

# Steps:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef crumbles, stirring frequently until cooked through. Drain excess fat. Add olive oil to the same skillet and sauté diced onion and diced green bell pepper until soft, about 5 to 7 minutes. Set aside to cool.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, sautéed onion and green bell pepper, pepperoni slices, sliced black olives, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly for even distribution.
03 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly flour a clean surface. Unroll the pizza dough and use a rolling pin to form a rectangle approximately 12 by 16 inches, about 1/4 inch thick.
04 - Leave a 1-inch border on all sides of the dough rectangle. Spread the prepared meat and vegetable mixture evenly over the dough, avoiding the borders. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly atop the filling.
05 - Begin at one long side and gently roll the dough into a tight log. Pinch the bottom seam to seal, then tuck and pinch each end securely to close. Ensure the loaf is well sealed to prevent leakage in baking.
06 - Transfer the formed loaf to a parchment-lined baking sheet. With a sharp knife, make several shallow slits on top to allow steam to escape during baking.
07 - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until the crust is deeply golden brown. If the bread browns too rapidly, tent loosely with foil for the last 10 to 15 minutes.
08 - Remove from oven and place loaf on a wire rack. Allow to rest for 10 to 15 minutes to let cheeses set. Slice into thick portions using a serrated knife and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Let the loaf cool before slicing for cleaner portions and enhanced flavor melding.
