Cheesy Beef Biscuit Bombs (Print Version)

Fluffy biscuits stuffed with creamy beef and cheddar, baked golden and brushed with melted butter.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Dough and Finish

08 - 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until no longer pink, about 6 to 8 minutes.
03 - Drain excess fat from skillet. Return beef to heat and stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, mixing thoroughly. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
04 - In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
05 - Add slightly cooled beef mixture to the cheese blend. Stir until fully combined.
06 - Separate biscuit dough into individual portions. Flatten each biscuit into a small round disc using your hands or a rolling pin.
07 - Spoon a generous amount of beef and cheese mixture onto the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold edges around filling and pinch firmly to seal, forming a ball shape.
08 - Place filled biscuit balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined or silicone-lined baking sheet, ensuring even spacing.
09 - Brush the tops of each biscuit bomb with melted butter.
10 - Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
11 - Remove from oven and let rest for several minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Allow filling to cool briefly before sealing into dough to prevent stretching or tearing.
