Cheesy Baked Asparagus Side (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
02 - 2 bunches asparagus
03 - Salt and pepper
04 - 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, add the heavy whipping cream to cover the bottom.
02 - Add the asparagus to the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
03 - Top the asparagus with Monterey Jack cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the asparagus is tender.
