Lay one tortilla in the skillet. Evenly distribute grated cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon over the surface. Drizzle ranch dressing across the filling, then top with the second tortilla.

Allow the bottom tortilla to cook until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Carefully flip the quesadilla and toast the other side until cheese is melted and both sides are crisp, about 2 more minutes.
