10 - 1 pack (12 count) King's Hawaiian Savory Butter Rolls
11 - 16 slices American cheese (preferably Boar's Head)
12 - 3 tablespoons melted butter
13 - Pinch of salt and garlic powder
14 - 2 teaspoons white sesame seeds

→ Burger Sauce

15 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
16 - 1/4 cup ketchup
17 - 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
18 - 2 teaspoons sugar
19 - 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
20 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F and butter the bottom of a baking sheet with softened butter.
02 - Heat olive oil in a medium sauté pan over medium-high heat. Cook the diced onions for about 3 minutes, then add ground beef. Break up the meat while cooking for 6-7 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper for another minute.
03 - Slice the dinner rolls in half and place the bottom half on the buttered baking sheet. Layer 8 cheese slices, followed by the seasoned beef mixture (gently pressed together), and top with remaining cheese. Add the top buns.
04 - Mix melted butter with salt and garlic powder, then brush over the bun tops. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 12-15 minutes until warm and cheese is melted. Cover with foil if tops brown too quickly.
05 - While sliders bake, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.

# Notes:

01 - These sliders are perfect for parties and game day gatherings
02 - Recipe can be doubled to make 24 sliders
03 - Keep an eye on the buns while baking to prevent over-browning
