Cheeseburger French Fry Casserole (Print Version)

A hearty dish with beef, potatoes, and melted cheese baked until golden.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1/2 onion, finely diced
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - Salt and pepper to taste
05 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
06 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
07 - 1/2 cup milk
08 - 1/4 cup ketchup
09 - 1/4 cup yellow mustard
10 - 1 bag (32 oz) frozen French fries

→ Optional Garnishes

11 - Diced pickles
12 - Chopped tomatoes
13 - Lettuce
14 - Extra cheese for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brown the ground beef with onions in a big skillet over medium heat until meat isn't pink and onions get soft. Pour off any extra grease. Shake in the garlic powder and add salt and pepper how you like it.
02 - Stir the mushroom soup, milk, ketchup, and mustard in a bowl until they're all blended together. Pour this sauce into your beef mixture and stir it all up. Spread everything flat in a 9x13-inch dish.
03 - Scatter the shredded cheddar all over the meat mix. Then lay out the frozen fries on top, covering the whole thing.
04 - Stick it in the hot oven for about 30-35 minutes until those fries turn golden and crispy. Want it extra cheesy? Throw some more cheese on top and cook another 5 minutes till it melts.
05 - Take it out and let it cool a bit. Add any extras you want - maybe some pickle bits, fresh tomatoes, or lettuce leaves.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure you spread those fries out evenly so they all get crispy.
