Flatbreads layered with savory beef, cheeses, tangy pickles, tomatoes, and classic drizzles.

# Ingredients:

→ Flatbread Base

01 - 2 stone-fired flatbreads
02 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 3 tablespoons sesame seeds

→ Cheeseburger Topping

04 - 1 pound ground beef
05 - 6 slices American cheese
06 - 1 pound whole milk mozzarella cheese, freshly grated
07 - 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
08 - 2 pickles, thinly sliced

→ Finishing Touches

09 - Ketchup, for drizzling
10 - Mustard, for drizzling
11 - Garlic aioli, for garnish
12 - Baby arugula, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Brush the edges of each flatbread with melted butter. Evenly sprinkle sesame seeds around the edges. Arrange flatbreads on prepared baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes.
03 - While flatbreads are in the oven, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until evenly browned. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat from the pan.
04 - Place the American cheese slices over the hot cooked beef and stir gently until the cheese has melted and fully coated the meat.
05 - Drizzle ketchup and mustard in a zigzag over the par-baked flatbreads. Evenly scatter the grated mozzarella. Distribute the cheesy beef mixture over the mozzarella. Arrange tomato slices and pickle slices on top.
06 - Place back in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and the crust is golden brown.
07 - Garnish each flatbread with dollops of garlic aioli and a handful of baby arugula. Slice and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For crispier crusts, bake directly on a hot pizza stone as an alternative to baking sheets.
