Crispy Doritos packed with creamy cheese and bacon, chilled and garnished with fresh chives for extra flavor.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 bag (9.7 oz) Doritos, any flavor
02 - 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 cup (4 oz) cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (optional, for garnish)

# Steps:

01 - Cook bacon in a skillet, oven, or microwave until crisp. Place cooked bacon on a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Once cooled, crumble into small pieces and set aside.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth. Microwave for 10–15 seconds if a softer texture is desired.
03 - Select the largest intact Doritos chips. Gently open one edge of each chip to create a pocket for filling, taking care not to break the chips.
04 - Transfer cheese mixture to a piping bag fitted with a small round tip, or use a plastic bag with the corner snipped. Alternatively, use a small spoon or butter knife. Carefully fill each Doritos pocket with 1–2 teaspoons of cheese mixture, according to chip size. Do not overfill.
05 - Arrange the stuffed Doritos in a single layer on a tray or plate, ensuring they do not overlap. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set the filling.
06 - Immediately before serving, sprinkle with chopped chives for garnish. Serve chilled or at room temperature, but avoid leaving at room temperature for extended periods.

# Notes:

01 - Handle Doritos gently to prevent breaking while stuffing. Chilling after filling helps maintain crispiness and structure.
