# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lean ground chicken
02 - 15 ounces canned corn, drained
03 - 1/2 cup red onion, diced
04 - 10.5 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
05 - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
06 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise

10 - 4 large hamburger buns
11 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

# Instructions:

01 - Place the ground chicken in a large skillet over medium heat and cook, breaking it apart, until completely browned and no longer pink.
02 - Stir in the drained corn, diced red onion, condensed cream of chicken soup, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.
03 - Allow the chicken mixture to simmer over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring periodically, until heated through and thickened.
04 - Remove the skillet from the heat and gently fold in the mayonnaise until the mixture is creamy and homogeneous.
05 - Lightly toast the hamburger buns if desired until golden.
06 - Distribute the chicken mixture onto the bottom halves of the buns. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend.
07 - Cover with the top halves of the buns and serve the sandwiches hot.
