# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 1/2 pound andouille sausage, sliced
03 - 2 ears corn, each cut into thirds
04 - 1/2 pound baby potatoes, halved
05 - 1 lemon, halved
06 - 4 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
07 - 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
08 - 3 tablespoons olive oil

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

09 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
10 - 6 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
12 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
13 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
14 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Fill a large pot with water and bring to a rolling boil. Add the halved potatoes and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until just tender.
02 - Add corn chunks and sliced andouille sausage to the pot. Continue boiling for 5 minutes. Squeeze in the lemon halves for added zest.
03 - Add shrimp to the pot and boil for 2 to 3 minutes, until just pink and opaque. Drain all contents and transfer the seafood, sausage, potatoes, and corn to a large serving bowl or tray.
04 - In a skillet, melt unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and smoked paprika. Stir well and simmer until aromatic and combined.
05 - Pour the hot garlic butter sauce over the shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn. Drizzle olive oil and toss thoroughly to ensure an even coating of seasoning and sauce.
06 - Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately, garnished with extra lemon wedges if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Serve directly from the tray for a communal dining experience and keep extra lemon wedges on hand for a burst of brightness.
