Golden chicken and asparagus, baked with Caesar dressing and cheese, finished with fresh lemon.

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Black pepper, to taste
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 240 ml Caesar dressing
06 - 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 450 g asparagus spears, trimmed
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - Lemon wedges, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken breasts in skillet and sear until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
03 - Take the skillet off the heat. Evenly coat the seared chicken breasts with Caesar dressing. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the breasts.
04 - Distribute asparagus spears around the chicken in the skillet and season asparagus with garlic powder.
05 - Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken internal temperature reaches 74°C and asparagus is tender.
06 - Remove from the oven, garnish with lemon wedges, and serve immediately. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For even cooking, ensure chicken breasts are a uniform thickness by gently pounding them with a meat mallet.
