Preheat oven to 190°C. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken breasts in skillet and sear until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Take the skillet off the heat. Evenly coat the seared chicken breasts with Caesar dressing. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the breasts.

Distribute asparagus spears around the chicken in the skillet and season asparagus with garlic powder.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken internal temperature reaches 74°C and asparagus is tender.

Remove from the oven, garnish with lemon wedges, and serve immediately. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice if desired.
