# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
08 - 1 package refrigerated pizza dough

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until evenly browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Drain excess fat from the pan.
02 - Set oven to the temperature indicated on the pizza dough package, typically 400°F (204°C). Allow oven to fully preheat.
03 - On a lightly floured surface, unroll the pizza dough. Spread the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Layer the seasoned ground beef over the cheese and top with mozzarella cheese.
04 - Carefully roll the dough from one long side into a tight log, keeping the filling enclosed. Pinch the seam and ends to seal the roll.
05 - Melt the unsalted butter. Brush the entire surface of the roll with melted butter to promote browning and enhance flavor.
06 - Transfer the rollup to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 18–22 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
07 - Remove the rollup from the oven and allow to cool for 3–5 minutes. Slice into 1-inch portions and serve warm.
