# Ingredients:

→ Filling

02 - 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce

→ Dough & Coating

05 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
06 - 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
07 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

→ Optional Dips

08 - Ranch dressing, for serving
09 - Blue cheese dressing, for serving

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded mozzarella, and Buffalo sauce. Mix thoroughly until all components are evenly coated.
03 - Separate biscuit dough into individual rounds. Press each round flat to create a disc shape.
04 - Place a generous spoonful of the filling mixture into the center of each dough disc. Bring edges together and pinch tightly to fully seal, shaping into a ball.
05 - Brush the surface of each dough ball with melted butter. Roll in seasoned breadcrumbs, ensuring a complete coating.
06 - Arrange the coated dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
07 - Remove from oven and, if desired, drizzle with additional Buffalo sauce. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Seal each dough ball fully to prevent leakage of filling during baking.
02 - For enhanced heat, use extra hot Buffalo sauce or add finely chopped jalapeño.
